The Land Department confirms it: 6DLD projects of this community are recorded as FINISHED, in the Al Hebiah Fifth zone. Al Hebiah Fifth is the name to search on if you want the Land Department's own transaction data; Dubailand is the marketing name and returns nothing there.
The counts in the list are DAMAC's, taken from its community page on 12 September 2026, and no second source confirms any of them. Neither the ownership regime nor a school within the community is documented yet.

What buyers paid in Valencia and Lagoon Views
Registered sales this year in the Valencia and Lagoon Views clusters are the prices to go by, because DAMAC has not yet published a starting price or a payment plan for Lagoons.
Be careful with any price you have seen for this place. On 12 September 2026 DAMAC's own cards returned the identical figure under a dollar, a euro and a pound sign, and the figure is in dirhams. A site that copied the pound version states a price several times the real one, and a buyer who budgeted from it arrives with the wrong expectation.

DAMAC's release of September 2026 names this community the largest part of its handover programme for the year, about 6,300DAMAC homes against about 513DAMAC in 2025, both the developer's own figures.
