Living here
A gated community of towers and villas
Sobha Hartland and Sobha Hartland II sit side by side, gated and guarded, and the figures here are Hartland II's because that is where Sobha publishes them.
The Land Department files this land as Al Merkadh. Mohammed Bin Rashid City is the administrative and marketing name at the level above, and it does not appear in the Land Department's data at all.
The first Hartland is finished in part: 2DLD of its projects stand in the register with status FINISHED. Both were registered to a single legal entity, Sobha itself, which is unusual in this market and is the sort of detail that matters when you read the contract rather than the brochure.

- Open space39%Sobha
The figure in the header of Sobha's own page. The FAQ lower down the same page states a different one, in acres, and the two do not reconcile; the header figure is the one given here.

- Registered and finished2DLD
Projects of the first Sobha Hartland carrying status FINISHED in the Land Department's register, in the Al Merkadh zone. The snapshot holds no row for Hartland II, and a missing row is not a missing project: towers there are selling and three are sold out.
Prices
Prices tower by tower, with handover months
Every price here is Sobha's own, read on 12 September 2026 and marked subject to availability, so it holds for the day it was read.
Sobha also prints rupee, dollar, euro and pound equivalents at a rate it neither names nor dates; the dirham figure is the price.
At Riverside Crescent, Sobha marks 3Sobha towers sold out. Availability changes without notice, so ask and we send today's position.
- Apartments, fromAED 1.83MSobha
The lowest published tower price, at Skyvue Altier, read 12 September 2026. Sobha marks every price subject to availability and that mark travels with the figure.
- Villas, fromAED 25.78MSobha
Sobha Estates. The upper bound is not published: the page carries this same figure at both ends of its range, which for a collection of three house types is a range presented as a point.
- Payment plannot published
Sobha publishes prices, areas and handover dates tower by tower, but no payment plan, so the full cost schedule of a purchase cannot be worked out from its pages.
